Our Brand Ideology

VX GARAGE represents an elite automotive community platform that enables consumers to come together profiteering from a range of automotive related products and services with ensured quality at competitive prices. VX GARAGE was started because we realized that consumers were paying very high prices for low quality automotive related products and services. Consumers in general usually have very minimal knowledge regarding automotive products and services. In most cases, quality assurance is also not guaranteed. We decided to change this and fill the gaps. We created a platform where regular consumers join as members for a minimal charge, which then allows them access to information, products & services of high standards at competitive prices where all products are guaranteed of quality.

THE BIRTH
VX Garage was originally registered as VervX Petroleum given the founder's vast experience in Petroleum Products Trading.
BEGINNER'S LUCK
VX had a distribution to the entire Peninsular Malaysia with sales exceeding more than 2.5M for the year.
THE PLUNGE
The conventional distributors/dealers business model have cost more than 1M loss due to payment collection failures. Time to close shop.
NOT DYING TODAY

THE REBIRTH

CAR CLUB
Signed up the first Car Club. 'PROCC'. Started a call centre to offer products directly to club members.
FULL MOTIVATION
The new business model proves to be a success. Officially signed up the 20th club.
CALL CENTRE
The beginning of a fully organised Call centre. Moved to Oasis Damansara, implemented CRM and increased manpower to cater to 10,000 active members.
SPONSORSHIP
Time to get the Brand out there by sponsoring Race teams and Events. Motorsports Centric for Car Club demography.
100 Car Club
A great year of growth as we finally managed to secure MOU with the 100th Car Club.
COOPERATIVE
Started looking beyond the motorsport market. We saw an untapped potential in the Cooperative market. Meet the first Cooperative, signed them up and implemented the same strategy. It worked!
MICROFRANCHISE
The best idea so far. Offering members to be part of the distribution for the growing market nationwide. Malaysia's first Sparepartshop Microfranchise Program. We believe its world's first. Signed up 10 outlets in the first month.
BORNEO
The program's success pushed us to open up our market for the first time in Sabah & Sarawak. We made sure our product pricing remained the same even in Borneo. Should hv explored Borneo earlier!
100 BRANCH
By now we are actively operating 100 branches through our program with a good 80% success rate. We faced many different challenges related to franchise program which are unfamiliar territories for us. But we learn and always improvise as we go.
GROWTH
It has been a great year of growth with 200 Car Clubs, 100 Cooperatives, 200 total Outlets supported by 60,000 active members.
DISTRICT OUTLET
We have managed to launch our first District Distribution Centre to cater for the growing number of Outlets and members.
INDONESIA
Launched our presence in Indonesia through great partnership with Rumah Koperasi Indonesia collaborating with Asean Cooperative Organization.
OMNICHANNEL
With the strength of 220 Car Clubs, 125 Cooperative, 300 Outlets, 20 District Distribution Centres and 100k active members we are launching our ecommerce platform thus making us one of the ealiest Organization to adapt to Omnichannel combining Ecommerce with Bricks n Mortar.
